Côme de Bouchony

Côme de Bouchony is a freelance graphic designer and art director born in 1984, who lives and works in Paris.
He set up his graphic design practice in 2007 after graduating from Esag Penninghen in Paris (France) and spending a year at Willem de Kooning Acadademie in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

His work lies somewhere between art and business; his methods are original graphic and typographic solutions. His most beloved universe is music and the relationship between sound and image, the results of this passion can be seen in the prints he has created for Kemistry Gallery.

He works on an eclectic range of projects mostly in music, cultural and media areas, on identities, books, magazines, video, animations and websites among others. Aside from his commissioned graphic work, he runs personal researches and self-initiated projects across various medias, and he likes to work without sticking to a well identified and ‘trademarked’ style.

Côme de Bouchony has worked with the likes of New York Times, Wad Magazine, Lacoste, Conde Nast France, Arte, La surprise, Domino Records, Galerie Super.
